Too Much Money! Gov. Tambuwal Gives N12m to Orphans to Buy Cows for Sallah (See Photos)

The Governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has shocked people of his state by giving N12 millio to Orphans for Sallah celebration.

Governor Tambuwal presented twenty five thousand naira to each District head to buy ram on sallah day.
 
A Facebook user, Bashar Abubakar has revealed that the Governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has released the sum of twelve million naira for orphans in the state to by cows for the Sallah celebration.
 
 
Writing on Facebook, Abubakar said: "Sokoto state Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal (Matawalle Sokoto) has released the sum of over Twelve Million to buy cows for orphans in the state.
 
 
The said amount which was released through Zakkat and endowment Committee was meant to buy cows on Sallah day across the 85 District Heads of the state.
 
 
The break down shows that each district head will collect one hundred and thirty thousand naira to buy bull and distribute it to at least forty orphans in each of the 85 District heads.
 
 
Meanwhile, Governor Tambuwal presented twenty five thousand naira to each District head to buy ram on sallah day.
The occasion was held at sultan Palace Sokoto."
