A resilient 60-year-old woman and staff of Ministry of Women Development & Family Affairs (MoWDaFa), Safiya Jama Gyre, has made history after she graduated with a Law Degree from Puntland State University in Somalia.
The information was revealed by Anisa Abdulkadir Hajimumin who is the Minister of Women & Family Affairs of Puntland, Somalia.
