The rapper was sentenced in July for probation violation, which affected the release of his sophomore album scheduled for September. Meek Mill will be assigned to community service and anger management counseling during his probation period and will not be allowed to travel outside Philadelphia.
Meek was officially released from prison Tuesday afternoon, Rick Ross confirmed the news when he tweeted "Meek Home"
