President Buhari and his Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo were all smiles in the face of economic hardship in the country as they made another public appearance.
President Muhammadu Buhari today, 15th of September, 2016 participated in the Ministerial Retreat on framework for 2017 Budget at the Statehouse, Aso Rock Villa - Abuja.
The gathering was well attended by important dignitaries with the President addressing attendees.
President Buhari seems to have learned from his past mistake of rushing the 2016 budget which made the works of the 'padders' easier.
