Mr Okorocha is the governor of Imo State and he is known for surprising people with acts such as this one.
According to witnesses, the governor, yesterday afternoon, stopped his convoy to buy roasted corn and pear from this street trader in Owerri.
This is not the first time Mr Okorocha would do something like this.
The man had been caught on camera in times past buying and even roasting corn by the roadside.
