A woman is claiming to have discovered a live maggot crawling on a cooked chicken she bought fresh from a popular fast food restaurant.

In a disgusting video clip making rounds on social media, a woman identified as Morgan Kahuroa Adams, is claiming that she discovered a live maggot crawling all over a cooked chicken she purchased at her local Coles supermarket in Rockingham, Western Australia.
According to
Dailymail, after opening the packet, she discovered a white parasite sliding across the chicken's skin, she immediately filmed the whole thing and posted the video clip to Coles' Facebook page.

'Just picked up a hot chicken for lunch, and it's got things crawling on it. Thanks Coles,' Ms Adams wrote.
She called the store and they told her to bring the chicken back so they could inspect it. She was later offered a new chicken as a refund, but she refused it, so they gave her $8.

Thousands of people have seen her post, with scores commenting that they would think twice about buying chicken from Coles again.
