A Manhattan Supreme Court has ordered G-Unit boss, 50 Cent to pay $5 million to Rick Ross' baby mama for uploading her sex tape to the internet.
For uploading a sex tape involving Rick Ross' baby mama, Lavonia Leviston to the internet in 2009, the Supreme Court in Manhattan has ordered Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson to pay $5 million in damages.
Half of the sum is punitive cost for violating Lavonia's civil rights by "using her image without her permission" while the remaining half is for "intentional infliction of emotional distress".
According to reports, Lavonia's lawyer initially sued for $20 million as damages but the judgment entered in her favour will be more than welcoming.
The rapper, who has consistently denied uploading the sex tape to the internet, was reportedly absent during the court proceedings, neither did he attend to testify or hear the verdict.
