Shameless okada riders have been caught on camera stealing bags of cement after a truck had a fatal accident.

A fatal road accident has occurred along the Jinja-Iganga highway in Uganda involving a cement truck carrying about 600 bags of cement.
A cyclist died and two others were seriously injured in the fatal accident. However, things took a bleak form as some Okada riders were seen rushing to the scene of the accident to cart away bags of cement.
Many of the thieves who came with bikes could be seen stealing the cement bags without shame.
No one tried to help those injured as people were after stealing the cement bags.
