193 Out Of 300 Prisioners Who Excaped Last Week Prison Break In Ekiti Have Been Captured

It was reported last week that there was an explosion at the Federal prison in Ekiti state. The service announced that a total of 300 prisoners were able to escape and about 193 have been recaptured.

 
It was reported last week that there was an explosion at the Federal prison in Ekiti state. The service announced that a total of 300 prisoners were able to escape and about 193 have been recaptured.

The state Prison's spokesperson, Mr. Ope Fatinikun said that the operation to capture the remaining convicts is still on and urges people in neighboring states of Ondo, Kogi, Edo, Oyo and Kwara to remain vigilant as some of the prisoners might be seeking refuge in their community.
