The Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards (GIAMA) has confirmed ace comedian AY Makun as official host for the 2015 edition of the celebrated film award ceremony.
Celebrated comedian, AY Makun, has been unveiled as the official host of the upcoming Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards (GIAMA) 2015.
The 2015 GIAMA, which marks the 4th edition of the showpiece awards event, is slated for October 17, 2015 in Houston Texas.
Presented by the Golden Icons Magazine, the GIAMA is an annual film award in the diaspora, which rewards outstanding contribution to the African film industry.
Past hosts include Jim Iyke, Ramsey Nouah and Julius Agwu.
