Serious commotion has been stirred in a local community after a University student was found dead by the road.

Philemon Koome, a 21-year-old Kenyan man, has been found dead in a community in the country.
The young man's body was found by police along a footpath with multiple stab wounds on Friday, September, 30.
The police believe the Zetech University student was stabbed by five gangsters who were followed and shot at by the officers.
“Officers rushed to the scene after the student was killed. They caught up with the gangsters and challenged them to stop but one of them shot at the police,” said a police officer.
The police officers pursued them and managed to shoot dead one of the gangsters, while the others escaped.
A toy pistol, a knife, two rounds of ammunition, a wristwatch, four mobile phones and KSh300 were found on the gangster shot by police.
