A foreign diplomat who reportedly broke traffic rules earlier this morning in the federal capital territory, Abuja, allegedly dared President Buhari with some utterances to a traffic warder.

According to a report posted by a Facebook user, Emmanuel Ogbeche, a white foreign diplomat who nearly caused an accident after faulting traffic rules at Powerhouse Junction in the Asokoro area of Abuja this morning, allegedly showed no remorse even after he was accosted by traffic wardens.

"This fool here, yes, that is who he is, nearly caused an accident at Powerhouse Junction, Asokoro, few minutes ago. When the traffic officers accosted him, he had the nerve to say nothing will happen even if President Buhari were to be there. Let's share this and get him declared persona non-grata. #sovexing," Emmanuel wrote on Facebook.
