The evidence of a man's inhumanity to his fellow man has been exhibited yet again after a neighbour doused a woman with boiling water because of a misunderstanding.
A yet another heartbreaking story has been shared online by an Instagram user, Ugo Jesse, who disclosed that a woman was scalded and almost blinded by her neighbour who reportedly doused her with boiling hot water following a dispute.
The victim who was captured speaking in a video clip, narrated the painful incident saying that the unnamed neighbour came from behind and poured her the hot water after they had finished fighting.
