A very young man has been caught this morning by vigilantes while attempting to kidnap two school children in Otukpo, Benue State.
Some local community vigilantes earlier today, caught a suspected kidnapper while allegedly attempting to abduct two school children in the Otukpo area of Benue State.
According to an eyewitness, Apeh Inalegwu, who shared the photos on social media, the deadly criminal reportedly escaped from the vigilantes' custody, but was recaptured at fair-winds Avenue in the area.
