According to reports making rounds online, a baby was found in a canal by Bello Junction Idi Araba, just before LUTH gate in Lagos around 8:am, this morning.
Witnesses say an image of what looked like a human baby had reportedly been spotted there for a while without residents confirming its identity. By the time residents got closer to identify the object, the baby was already dead.
