The police in Kano state have arrested deadly criminals and kidnappers as it also successfully freed some victims abducted by the group.

Security operatives have successfully rescued about 12 persons from kidnappers in Kano State. About 11 of the kidnappers were apprehended in the process.
This was revealed on Tuesday at police headquarters in Bompai by the State Commissioner of Police Rabiu Yusuf who said one AK-47 riffle, 250 rounds of ammunition, and two loaded magazines were recovered from the suspects.
Mr. Yusuf said the suspects operated their notorious criminal activities in a camp in Falgore forest, but operatives of the command were able to launch operations against them.
Other items recovered from the suspects were Indian hemp, food items, drinks and other household items.
