People have been left seriously in great shock after a boy killed himself by hanging on a mango tree over his mother.

A 13-year-old boy, Goodwin Mwape of Kasama’s Misanfu area in Zambia has left people in great shock after he committed suicide by hanging himself in a mango tree after his mother scolded him for stealing her K15.
“This happened yesterday [Friday] 30th September 2016 between 17:00 hours and 18:00 hours. The deceased decided to take his life after his mother scolded him on the same date for stealing her K15. The body is lying in Kasama General Hospital Mortuary awaiting burial,” police spokesperson Esther Mwaata Katongo stated in a statement.
The mother of the boy was left devastated by the shocking incident.
