'extravagant spending' as well as a falling out over her new reality TV show, Mariah's World.

TMZ on Thursday that the R&B diva had some sort of rendezvous with one of her dancers during her Las Vegas residency.
Sources told the website that it was caught on camera for Mariah's reality show and it was a 'deal breaker' for James.
