Some deadly Niger Delta militants based in Oguta, Ohaji/Egbema LGA, Rivers State, have surrendered to the Rivers state government.
The militants who have been granted amnesty surrendered weapons and charms today, 28th October, 2016.
The latest endeavour is to help rid the state of militants who have been threatening the people of the citizens of the state and bombing oil facilities.
