Ondo Election: Jimoh Ibrahim's Lawyer Withdraws from PDP Case

The counsel defending Jimoh Ibrahim's mandate at the Court of Appeal against Eyitayo Jegede of the Ahmed Markafi led caretaker committee of the PDP has pulled out.

Here is a letter from Jimoh Ibrahim’s lawyer, Alex Iziyon (SAN) withdrawing from the case on People's Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Ondo State.

The lawyer who was representing Biyi Poroye, the self-professed Ondo State Chairman of the Ali Modu-Sheriff faction of PDP, has withdrawn from the case at Appeal Court on the Ondo State PDP candidature tussle with an official letter to that effect.

The SAN said he was not aware of the petition written against the three Appeal Court Justices thar were handling the case and opted out to protect his name and integrity.
