A pretty woman has died after her car flipped and hit a tree during a horrific accident leaving many in shock.

A tragic road accident has claimed the life of a beautiful 37-year-old Lusaka woman after her car crashed in a pavement before flipping.
According to investigation, the accident was caused by excessive speed and alcohol. The nature of the accident was totally horrific. The incident happened in Zambia.
A police statement about the incident reads:
LUSAKA WOMAN DIE IN A ROAD CRASH LUSAKA, Saturday 5th November 2016
A Lusaka woman has died in a road crash on Independence avenue. The deceased Victoria Nyirongo, 37, crashed this afternoon along Independence Avenue near State House at 15:25 in a Toyota RAV 4 registration number ALK 9777.
The crash happened after the driver hit a pavement, lost control, flipped and hit into a tree. She got trapped in the mangled car and died on the spot. The cause of the crash was due to excessive speed.
The driver in question was suspected to be drunk as a bottle of alcohol was found in the vehicle at the accident scene. Excessive speed and driving under the effluence of alcohol are among the major causes of road crashes in Zambia.
The Agency is therefore calling for change of the bad driver attitude and behavior being exhibited on the road if the country is to record a reduction in the number of road crashes.
