A fuel tanker laden with diesel suffered a terrible accident in the commercial Ring Road area of Ibadan, thereby causing it to fall and spill its expensive contents on the ground.

A fuel tanker today, 11th of November, 2016 blocked the popular, Ring Road, Iyana Ade-Oyo area very close to the Mauve 21 event centre in Ibadan, Oyo State.
According to an eye witness who shared the story on social media, the accident was caused by a brake failure which forced the tanker to tumble while the driver tried to manoeuvre the situation to prevent any impending damages to lives and properties in the area.
Diesel was massively spilled on the road and a team was called upon to help recover some of the contents and clear the road which was blocked thereby causing traffic gridlock.
