Reports circulating the Nigerian media space reveal the Yoruba sector of Nollywood has lost one of its talented heads who has starred in several movies.

Popular Yoruba actress, Kudirat Ajimati who is well known as Ajimat has passed away amidst tears from her family members, friends and fans in Nigeria.
The cause of her death is currently unknown as the news emerged in the evening of the 15th of November, 2016.
She was based in the Abeokuta area of Ogun State - South-western part of Nigeria before her demise. She starred in notable Yoruba films that gave her fame.
She has been described as a very humble woman.
