An American man named Paul Pelton has been arrested by the police for filming accident victims rather than helping them.

A man named Paul Pelton, 41 has been reportedly arrested by the police to be charged for court over an uncivil and heartless action he exhibited towards accident victims on Monday, 13th of July. Paul allegedly witnessed a road crash incident in Lorain, Ohio, which is about 30 miles from Cleveland and instead of extending a helping hand to the victims who were mostly children, he pulled out his cellphone and started recording the event while the victims battled for their lives.

According to the police, he is now facing a misdemeanor charge of vehicular tresspassing.
After a Honda sedan flew over railroad tracks and crashed into a house Monday, Pelton filmed the aftermath on his cellphone’s camera, the Northeast Ohio Media Group reports.
According to a police report cited by the Northeast Ohio Media Group, Pelton can be heard in the video referring to the boys trapped in the car as “idiots.”
“He opened a back door and leaned in to film the boys and then walked around to the front door as he continued recording,” the Media Group reported. “At no time did he try to help either of the boys, the report said.”
The driver and the passenger were both 17. One died at an Ohio hospital; the condition of the other victim wasn’t immediately known, according to the Media Group.
Paul Pelton later went as far as posting the video on his Facebook page and also attempting to sell it to several Television station. He claims he recorded it for the sole aiming of cautioning drivers against overspeeding.
