Finally, the Federal Government has docked a top Nigerian judge, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta before a Federal High Court.

The Federal Government has arraigned a Justice accused of laundering millions before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Justice Sylvester Ngwuta was arraigned on a 16-count charge of money laundering, breach of professional ethics and forgery leveled against him by the federal government.
He pleaded not guilty.
The matter has been stood down for two hours to take his bail application.
Justice Sylvester Ngwuta is appearing before Justice John Tshoho at a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Ngwuta was one of the judges arrested after a DSS raid on the homes of High Court and Supreme Court judges across the country several weeks back.
