A man is being made to pay for his dastardly act after being found out to have brutally r*ped a girl to coma.

A 35-year-old Indian man has been arrested by the police.
The man was arrested on Tuesday on the charges of r*ping a 3-year-old and dumping her in a deep pit, taking her to be dead.
According to Press News Release, the incident took place in the Harijan Basti locality of north Delhi, India, on Monday night at around 8 pm and the girl was rescued nine hours after the horrific incident.
The girl is undergoing treatment at a city hospital, and her condition is reported to be stable.
The accused, identified only as Birbal is a neighbor of the victim and was arrested from his home. Police believes that Birbal,who works as a laborer, committed the crime under the influence of alcohol.
“Birbal dumped the girl in six-feet-deep pit as he saw her unconscious, thinking she had died, and fled the spot,” IANS quoted Deputy Commissioner of Police Madhur Verma.
“Birbal confessed to his crime during interrogation and told police about the location where he had dumped the victim. Police found the girl alive with injury marks. She was admitted to a nearby hospital in a critical condition,” the DCP added.
“The girl was numb and had no clothes on her body. We were shocked to see her,” the landlord of the victim’s house told to DNA.
A case under section 363 (kidnapping), 307 (attempt to murder), 376 (rape) and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been registered at the Sarai Rohilla police station and the investigation is underway.
