The residents of Henry Ejiogu street in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, were left in total shock after the sons of the tenants in the area were allegedly caught engaging in anal s*x.
According to a report by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), three residents of Henry Ejiogu street in the Lekki Phase 1 area of Lagos, landed themselves in serious trouble after they were allegedly caught having anal s*x on Thursday, November 15, 2016.
The three suspects, who appeared before a Tinubu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos today, November 24, 2016, and faced a one-count of sodomy, pleaded not guilty to the offence.
Trouble had started when the mother of one of the suspects raised an alarm after she caught her son and two other men having anal s*x.
While presenting the case in court, the prosecutor, Inspector Nurudeen Thomas, stated that the accused allegedly committed the offence on November 15 at about 3:35p.m. at Henry Ejiogu St., Lekki Phase1, Lagos.
He alleged that the accused who are neighbours were caught while having anal s*x by the mother of second accused who raised the alarm, which alerted other neighbours.
Thomas added that the offence contravened Section 134 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
Before adjourning the case till November 30 for trial, the Magistrate, Mrs F.O. Ikobayo granted the accused N100, 000 bail with two sureties each in like sum.
