In what will come across as a really shocking development, a grandmother has been found murdered in a brutal manner.

A South African grandmother identified as Ania Makhubele, has been killed.
The old woman was butchered at night in her room.
According to Daily Sun SA, the dismembered body of the 80-year-old woman was found in her bedroom on Friday morning in a pool of blood. The door was locked.
A neighbour, Maria Mathebula (32) found the dead grandmother from Songeni Village, outside Thulamahashe in Mpumalanga, South Africa, early on Friday morning.
“I wake up at 5am daily and check on gogo Ania. On Friday, she did not respond. I noticed footprints leading to a broken window and raised the alarm.”
Residents broke down the door and found gogo Ania’s chopped up body.
They immediately called the cops.
Grandkids Maria Mathebula (32) and Fatima Khosa (27) didn’t hear anything.
The woman's son Albert Mathebula (50) said they live in fear, as they don’t know what the motive was. Nothing was stolen.
“We hope cops bring her killer to book,” he said.
Constable Sonile Usinga said a murder case is being investigated.
