Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike, is a year older today, and his wife, Suzette threw him a birthday get-together at their official residence in Port Harcourt.

The first lady of Rivers State, Suzette Wike, threw her husband, Governor Nyesom Wike, a birthday party at their official residence as the influential politician marks a year older today, 13th December.
The birthday celebration was attended by the governor's cabinet members, friends and political associates.
While praying for her husband, she said;
"Everything he has passed through in life has strengthened him and made him a better person. It is God that gives him the strength to serve humanity with love and courage. I know that we shall grow old together.
"He will continue to succeed in everything he does. Your name will be popular far beyond the shores of Nigeria. Your popularity will be a worldwide affair . Anywhere you go , they will talk about Nyesom, such that knowing Nyesom will be a diplomatic passport."
