Some of the members of President Muhammadu Buhari's cabinet members especially the honourable Minister of Information and Culture were pictured 'chasing their dreams' during the yesterday's presentation of the 2017 appropriation bill at the national assembly.
Eagle-eyed social media user spotted the former All Progressives Congress scribe, Alhaji Lai Mohammed and the Minister of Defence, Mansur Mohammed Dan Ali allegedly lost in the dreamland during an important event of the 2017 budget presentation yesterday, 15th of December, 2016.
This according to people corresponds with the purported incompetence of President Buhari's ministers.
