Wike Leads Protest to Police Headquarters, Demands Redeployment of SARS Operative

People's Democratic Party chieftain, Nyesom Wike has led a peaceful protest to enforce the rejection of a police operative named Akin Fakorede and other officials caught on camera brutalizing voters during the recently concluded Rivers Re-run election.

Early this morning, 15th of December, 2017, Governor Nyesom Ezebunwo Wike led Rivers people on a peaceful protest to the Rivers State police headquarters.
 
He demanded the immediate redeployment of Assistant Commissioner of Police Steven Hasso and  Special Anti-robbery Squad operative - Akin Fakorede from the state.
 
Wike as the Chief Security Officer of the oil-rich state had earlier vowed on the African Independent Television to see off Mr. Fakorede from the state over the unfair treatment given to officials of the Independent and National Electoral Commission and other voters during the election.
