You know what they say about a lie, which often repeated begins to sound like the truth? Well, that is the case with 'In da Club' rapper, 50 Cent, who is insisting that he is broke contrary to general belief that he is living the life.
The rapper, during his court appearance yesterday to defend his bankruptcy claim, said his flashy lifestyle is all a lie for the cameras just as he revealed that his cars are all rented and jewelry, borrowed.
Testifying under oath in a Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday, the rapper born Curtis Jackson, said "Those cars were rented. It's like music videos, they say action and you see all these fancy cars but everything goes back to the dealership".
As for the blings and Rolexes, he said "I borrowed from the jeweler".
50 claimed he owns just 3 gold chains to his name, which he occasionally asks his jeweler to melt down and recreate a new gold piece.
