Former vice-president, Atiku Abubakar, has taken to his Twitter to speak about the current economic situation being experienced by majority of Nigerians, adding that it has exposed the weaknesses of the federal government.
According to Atiku, the responsibilities of the federal government needs to be reduced to avoid it collapsing “under the weight of too many responsibilities it burdens itself with”.
Speaking further, he questioned the rationale behind having a central government that can “no longer meet its obligation”.
