One of Nollywood's most talented make-up artistes, Onilogbo Hakeem popularly referred to as Hakeem Effect has physically transformed a lady named Eki Osagie to 'President Muhammadu Buhari with his professional skills.
In the released video, Hakeem succeeded in pranking his teeming followers about being with the President at the Aso Rock Villa before he unveiled the lady's identity in a thrilling manner.
