Nigeria Army Releases Rare Photos of Troops Battling Boko Haram in Sambisa Forest

In a show of appreciation, the Defence Headquarters has released photos of Nigerian troops invading the dreaded Sambisa forest in Borno State.

"Deep in Sambisa Forest" and "God bless our troops", were the words of the Nigerian military as the force appreciated troops that gallantly fought the rampaging Boko Haram sect recently in Sambisa forest, north-eastern part of the country.
 
The fearless soldiers could be seen matching into the thick forest battle-ready with tanks and other improvised military weapons to route the terrorists.
 
 
Sambisa forest according to an announcement by President Muhammadu Buhari has fallen into the hands of Nigerian soldiers with the popular Camp Zero captured from the sect leader with nine lives, Abubakar Shekau.
