Motorists have been warned to exercise patience and drive slowly anytime there is a heavy downpour in order not to put their lives and that of other road users at risk.
This followed the release of a film shot in Zimbabwe capturing the shocking moment a heavy duty lorry overturned near a river after a heavy downpour.
