Gambian Soldiers Seen Massively Looting Govt. Properties Following Ex-President Jammeh's Exile (Photos)

The exit of former Gambian President, Yahya Jammeh, who fled to Guinea on Saturday night, has given rise to massive looting as military officers were seen moving away with government properties.

 
Reports which emerged online and is currently making rounds on social media, are alleging that Gambian military officers who are security guards at the country's statehouse, are massively looting furniture, computers, household items and cars belonging to the federal government.
 
 
Recall that the exit of former Gambian President, Yahya Jammeh, who fled to exile in Guinea on Saturday night, January 21, caused quite an unrest in the country despite the inauguration of a new leader, Adama Barrow.
