A thief who stole two babies from a woman was beaten to a pulp and nearly lynched to death before he was saved by policemen.

An angry mob attacked and brutally assaulted a kidnapper after he stole two babies at Lagos Alapere beside mile 12 market.
He was caught red-handed with the babies and beaten to a pulp. He was however saved by men of the Nigerian police who prevented him from being beaten to death.
