A 20-year old lady has been charged with the murder of her new born baby, hours after she was born, and dumping the body in a college rubbish bin.
A 20-year old lady has been charged with allegedly killing her baby girl, hours after she was born, and dumping the body in a college rubbish bin.
Emile Weaver, has been accused of putting the newborn in a plastic bag after giving birth in the Delta Gamma Theta sorority house at Muskingum University in Zanesville, Ohio, and then put the body in the bin.
The baby which has been identified only as A.G.W. died of asphyxiation, reported the Columbus Dispatch.
Police claim that she left the scene afterwards in an attempt to avoid detection, on April 22 this year.
She has been charged with aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and two counts of tampering with evidence, said prosecutors.
She is being held on a $1 million dollar bail and could face a life sentence if found guilty.
