BREAKING News: Power Failure Forces Senate to Screen Buhari's Ambassadorial Nominees in Darkness

Power failure at the Nigerian Senate's New Building in the federal capital, Abuja, has marred the screening of Buhari's non-career ambassadorial nominees.

The screening of the non-career ambassadorial nominees by members of the Nigerian Senate for whom President Muhammadu Buhari is seeking legislative approval, has currently been marred with power failure.
 
According to a report by Punch newspaper, the light went off at exactly 12:13 pm. The Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, which is conducting the exercise for the 46 nominees, had to continue with the screening in darkness when electricity failed to come on.
