BREAKING News: 11 Escape Death in Multiple Car Crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway (Photos)

Eleven people have escaped death on Wednesday when a Honda Sport Utility Vehicle collided with a yellow 18-seater bus on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

A Honda CR-V Sport Utility Vehicle collided with a yellow 18-seater bus on the ever busy Lagos-Ibadan Expressway around 2:20pm on Wednesday in an accident which occurred close to the premises of the headquarters of Punch Nigeria Limited, in Magboro, Ogun State.
 
Eleven people reportedly escaped death by a whisker as an eyewitness revealed that the commercial bus was carefully parked by the road as it discharged  its passengers when the speeding SUV rammed into it forcefully, completely lifting the bus and its occupants off the ground.
 
 
According to Punch Metro, the bus slammed down with equal force and landed on its side, as scared passengers clawed their way out, using the available windows on one side of the bus.
 
Although no life was lost, some of the passengers sustained varying degrees of injuries in various parts of their bodies, and have all been rushed to the hospital.
