This is a collage of pictures trending on social media to paint a 'vivid' image of the current cash crunch in Nigeria under the All Progressives Congress-led administration.

The satirical economic recession photos

As the Nigerian poor masses reel in the present scathing economic recession since last year - 2016, citizens have been compelled by circumstances to improvise on expenses in order to survive the hardship in the land.

As seen in the photos above suspected to be satirical images, some broke Nigerians now use makeshift shelves in their siting rooms, plastic chairs in cars, damaged wall clocks etc to prevent inflated expenses.

Meanwhile, the collage of pictures have attracted humour as many believe it provides an exaggerated image of the current political and economic reality in the country.
