2 Hunters Found Dead in a Bush in Imo State (Photos)

In a period where the forests are no long as safe they used to be due to the invasion of Fulani herdsmen, two hunters have been found dead in the line of duty.

The Community of Ogbaku in Mbaitoli local government Area of Imo state, was in deep shock on Thursday when two hunters were found dead in a dreaded forest in the community.
 
The corpses of the hunters which were evacuated by the officers of the Nigeria police force were suspected to had been killed by unknown assailants.
 
According to reports, the hunters whose identities are yet to be identified had gone for hunting on Tuesday but were found dead in the bush when they couldn't return after two days.

Their deaths has thrown the community into confusion. According to investigation carried out by security agents,the dead hunters had series of cutlass cuts and possible bullet wounds on their bodies.
 
The men of the Ogbaku Police Division are said to be on top of the situation to unravel the cause of their deaths with serious investigation in conjunction with the local vigilante.
 
It is not clear if the deaths were masterminded by Fulani Herdsmen who have become threats to people in remote areas in Nigeria overtime.
