While Nigerians are being called upon to pray for the quick recovery of President Buhari, Shiite Muslims who are aggrieved that their leader has been detained unjustly, have allegedly held a ritual for the president to die.

The Shiite Islamic sect, which has had numerous confrontations with the Nigerian government, reportedly held a ritual yesterday, Sunday, February 19, in Borno state over the President Muhammadu Buhari's health.
According to a Facebook user, Khalid Abdul, the sect allegedly gathered to offer a ritual against the president who is in the United Kingdom on medical vacation, to die over there.
It was gathered thet the Islamic group are unhappy with the Buhari-led government because of the continuous detention of their leader Ibrahim El Zakzaky.
Recall that Sheikh El Zakzaky, the leader of the Shiite Islamic sect, has been detained since Dec 2015 after his wife, at least three of his sons, and some of his followers were allegedly killed by the Nigerian Army between 2014 and 2015.
The group was seen in a photo killing a cow and strained out the blood of the cow into a hole which they sat round while putting it on fire.
