A man has cried out before a court of law to end his marriage after allegedly catching his wife numerous times cheating with other men.

An Ikorodu Customary Court in Lagos State on Tuesday reconciled a 19-year-old marriage between a traditional doctor and his beautician wife, which was on the verge of collapse.
The marriage almost collapsed when the 57-year-old petitioner, Ameen Oluwa, approached the court seeking its dissolution, over wife’s alleged infidelity.
Oluwa, who resides at Ewu Oloye, in the Eruwen Area in Ikorodu, also alleged that his wife was maltreating him and was also disrespectful.
He said, “My wife is a prostitute. I have caught her on several occasions, with different men. She does not take care of me and our children. She is also not amenable to correction.”
However, the Court president, Mrs Omolara Abiola and other members successfully reconciled the couple after several counselling sessions and family interventions.
During reconciliation, Abiola ordered the 37- year- old wife, Taibat, to sign an undertaking to be a good wife.
The mother of four also pledged to be of good character in her marriage. The wife had earlier pleaded with the court amidst tears, to save her marriage.
