Some fishermen have been given the shock of their lives after cutting up a fish to find an unbelievable thing inside it.
The men opened the fish up
A video has shown the moment a group of fishermen were stunned when they cut open their catch and discovered something bizarre.
The video shows the lads admiring the mudfish – laid out on a pavement.
They start to gut it in preparation for their dinner, but when they pull out its lining it suddenly springs to life.
The mudfish thrashes about, using its last gasps of energy before dying.
But that’s only the beginning of the bizarre video.
The men found a snake inside the fish
When the group slice open the sac they discover a remarkably large snake – with its body fully intact.
The caption to the clip – posted to video-sharing site LiveLeak earlier today – speculates the reptile must have been dead before being eaten.
“Why mess with nature??” one startled user commented.
Another added: “Nope, nope, nope – I am never going fishing again.”
But a third viewer had other concerns, saying: “They better still eat that fish.”
