Three Killed, Two Rescued After SUV Plunged Into Sapele River in Tragic Car Crash (Video)

Two people reportedly survived while three allegedly died earlier this morning, after a car plunged into the river under Sapele bridge in Delta State.

A Sport Utility Vehicle containing at least two women, were few hours ago, rescued by local residents on the ever busy Warri-Benin expressway, when the vehicle rammed into a Jetta Car, and plunged into the Oghara river. 
 
According to eyewitness, the Jetta car which was a commercial vehicle, said to be on his way to Oghara in Ethiope West local government area of Delta State and was approaching the bridge when the accident occurred. 
 
Details of the incident were still sketchy at press time, but it was gathered that the rescued women were rushed to the Delta State University Teaching Hospital, Oghara, where they are responding to treatment, while efforts are been made to rescue the other  occupants of the Jetta car. 
 
Meanwhile some online report alleged that three people were killed in the tragic car crash, but Tori News could not independent verify as at the time of filing this report.
