President Muhammadu Buhari has assembled the heads of Nigeria's security agencies (EFCC, DSS, Customs) today as they all observed juma'at prayer together inside the State House mosque.

For the first time since his return to the country from his extended medical vacation in London, President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, observed juma'at prayer inside the State House mosque in Abuja.

According to DailyTrust, among those who prayed with the president were the Director of The Department of State Security (DSS), Lawal Daura; the acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu and the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Hammed Ali.

The assembly of the nation's security agencies is coming less than 48hours after the Senate had on Wednesday, rejected the renomination of Ibrahim Magu as substantive chairman of the EFCC following a damning report by the DSS.

The upper legislative chamber had also on Thursday turned back Ali for his refusal to wear his uniform.
