Ikeje Asogwa, former managing director, Enugu State Housing Corporation and incumbent chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Enugu State is currently being grilled by the operatives of EFCC.

The Chairman of Enugu State PDP chapter Ikeje Asogwa was today invited for interrogation by officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over allegations of misappropriation of funds.
Sources at the EFCC headquarters say Mr Asogwa, who was a Managing Director of the Enugu State Housing Corporation, was invited by the commission to answer questions on missing funds meant for the development of housing units during his tenure with no traces of any house built.
His interrogation comes a day after Ifeoma Nwobodo, ex- Chief of Staff to former Governor Chime was grilled for alleged money laundery and misappropriation of funds.
