"If you are in Port Harcourt, you know that It is raining heavily as we speak and hold ups everywhere.
"A lady by name Angela from Okrika stepped out of her car, started controlling the traffic at Eliozu Junction in obio/Akpor LGA of Rivers state.
"She got soaked in rain. She did a wonderful job. Thank you so much Angela.
"We need more like her in Nigeria."
